Ski/Snowboard School:
Okemo's Cutting Edge Learning Center instructional programs feature a staff of over 400 ski and snowboard teaching professionals with private and group instruction available. Children's ski programs include Snow Star Skiers (ages 4-7) and Young Mountain Explorers (ages 7-14). Children's snowboard programs include Snow Star Riders (ages 5-7) and Young Riders (ages 7-14). First Tracks and Double Tracks introduction to skiing or snowboarding packages offer an affordable lesson, lift ticket and rental equipment package in 1 or 2-day options. Women's Alpine Adventure Programs designed exclusively for women with 2, 3 and 5-day options.

Telemark Instruction:
It's new this season! The Okemo Cutting Edge Learning Center is offering Telemark Private Lesson instruction for beginners and advanced skiers. Atomic TM 22 Telemark skis are available for rent so participants can free their heel and see what the excitement is all about. Advanced reservations are required and lessons and equipment are subject to availability.

Penguin Playground Day Care:
Okemo Mountain's state-approved Penguin Playground Day Care Center is available for infants and children ages 6 months to 6 years and offers supervised indoor and outdoor activities in a nurturing and secure environment. MiniStars ski program is available for kids ages 3-4. Select your location at either the Okemo base or the Jackson Gore base. Kids' Night Out is offered every Saturday evening throughout the season for ages 6 months to 12 years at The Jackson Gore Penguin Playground from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, so mom and dad can enjoy an entire evening out or just an hour or two of time together.

Cross Country Skiing & Snowshoeing:
Okemo Valley Golf Club/Nordic Center is conveniently located just one mile from Okemo. The Nordic Center features 26km of cross-country trails and 10km of dedicated snowshoe trails including 20km of skating lanes, tree skiing and pristine meadows, modern trail grooming, cross-country ski and snowshoe rentals and demos and group and private lessons. The terrain is ideally suited for all ages and ability levels. The Nordic Center features a gracious clubhouse setting with fireplace, restaurant and lounge, meeting/conference space, changing rooms and showers.

Championship Golf With Two 18-Hole Golf Courses:
Okemo Valley Golf Club is Vermont's first Heathland-style course and has fast become the desired golf destination in New England. The par 70, 6,400 yard-long course is of championship quality and is home to the Okemo Valley Golf Academy, an 18-acre golf learning center with driving range/practice area, golf operations center and indoor practice facility complete with indoor putting green, swing stations and computerized virtual golf.

The newest member of the "Okemo golf family" is Tater Hill Golf Club. This 18-hole golf course is located just 22 miles from Okemo and offers spectacular views of the Windham region. The course has recently undergone major renovations to its greens and irrigation system and will make its debut in the spring of 2005.
